Abstract
Paper deals with possible exploitation of neural networks for text retrieval purposes. It describes an adaptive text retrieval system called ADIS that combines vector based model together with layered neural network.
This system deduces semantical term dependencies using feedback from its users. Paper contains also description of tests for a collection of thousands documents.
