Digital libraries in environment of the Semantic web

Abstract

Digital libraries contribute to a development of the Semantic web. They can use its technological elements as well.

It is possible to achieve better data management in digital libraries as well as to increase possibilities in interaction with another information resources. The goal of the paper is to introduce into technologies of the Semantic web and highlight their application for digital libraries development.
