Abstract
The author informs the management of the European Court of Justice, Article 49 EC Treaty and Article 56 TFEU and Regulation No 1408/71, which shows that when traveling to another Member State from other motives than because of inadequate supply of health system does not guarantee the right of the EU that all the services of hospital treatment, which could accidentally be given in a Member State of residence will be cost neutral.
