The author analyzes the newly adopted Anti-Discrimination Act No. 198/2009 Coll. especially in terms of rights of victims of discrimination, which can float in civil proceedings.

Abstract

The author analyzes the Protocol on the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in Poland and the United Kingdom, which is attached to the Treaty of Lisbon (2007), which implies actual exception (opt-out), but rather a binding interpretation of the Charter, which will apply in the Czech Republic.
