Posibilities of decisions review in appellate administrative proccedings

Abstract

The paper deals with selected issues of review of a decision by an appeal - an appeal. It shows the changes that have occurred in the Czech legislation, the adoption of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative rules, compared with the previous legislation.
