Foreignisms and Turkisms in Ivo Andrić´s Novel Omerpaša Latas and their Translation into Czech

Abstract

The article generally deals with the problems of translating vocabulary bound up with cultural mores, daily life and customs, especcialy Turkish vocabulary in the work of I. Andrić into Czech.

Various types of translation were analyzed on the concrete examples.
