Abstract
Relevant psychological methods (Sense of Coherence Scale, Personal Views Survey, Locus of Control Questionnaire, General Self-Efficacy Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey, and Shirom-Melamed-Burnout-Measure) were administered to the sample of Czech adults subjects (N =144). Two factors were extracted by explorative factor analysis: Competence-Control and Vitality-Well-being.
The highest loadings of the Competence-Control factor came from control scale of SOC and PVS respectively, GSE, and professional efficacy of MBI-GS. The highest loadings of the Vitality-Well-being factor came from exhaustion of MBI-GS, fatigue of SMBM, cynicism of MBI-GS, and commitment of PVS.
