Abstract
In his article, Marion analyses the question of infinity. The question has developed in modern philosophy beginning from Descartes who understood infinity as the first transcendence that precedes everything ending.
To refer to infinity that, from definition, resists to delimitation is presented as a paradox but sovereign destination of human reason.
