Abstract
In the West Bohemia region, the Czech. German cooperation manifests itself in various mutual projects focused on the young generation.
The Faculty of Economics of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, residing in Pilsen and Cheb, is often the closest partner of German. Czech projects and the aid to its students in matters of finding work experience and employment in German speaking border regions.
Students. active participation in these border projects enhances their chances in the employment market and successful entry into the real life.
