Opporunities, challenges, and threats of informatics

Abstract

Informatics is approachnig its crisis due to wrong rules of (personal) data security rules. It leads to falling return of investments, missed opportunities and growing threats in education, health care and macroeconomic process control.

It can be solved only if public attitudes and legislative rules are changed. A technical solution enabling the change is proposed.
