The theory of "constitutional limitation" (to the ruling that repealed the constitutional Act on shortening of the electoral term of the Chamber of Deputies)

Abstract

The article describes the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, abolishing the constitutional law on shortening the election season. The lack of generality it is considered that the Chamber of Deputies was dissolved directly to constitutional law in a single case, this command is not under constitutional law to apply again.
