Abstract

The book introduces various aspects of lives of mothers with handicapped children. It surveys their coping strategies, their difficulties within both their own families and public, including losses and benefits of such lives.

The book involves authentic testimonies of such mothers, which might help other mothers facing similar situations but also list various advice which the mothers need and expect from professional institutions.
