This article deals with psychological aspects of Human Resources Management in Japanese companies in Czech Republic. Main focus is concentrated on detection of main characteristics and mutual attitudes of Japanese superiors and their Czech employees in Japanese companies in Czech Republic.
Intercultural communication and important intercultural theories in the working environment are introduced in the theoretical part. Approach is based on one not very known theory of Japanese sociologist Esyun Hamaguchi.
Introduced are also Czech- Japanese cultural standards, typical ways of Japanese Human Resources Management and possibilities and problems of its transfer to foreign country.
