Walking on the edges of swords: Notes on analogies in shaman rituals of the Khorchin Mongols and the Jungarian Sibes

Abstract

The paper deals with the part of the shaman traditions of the Khorchin Mongols and the Jungarian Sibes, which display notable similarities. These are probably resulting from the contacts of the two ethnics that took place before the 16th century.
