Ad perpetuam rei memoriam. In memory of Lubor Matoush (1908-2008)

Abstract

This volume commemorates the centenary of Dr. Lubor Matouš (1908-1984), full professor of Cuneiform studies and the history of Ancient Near East at Charles University in Prague, successor of Bedřich Hrozný (1879-1952) and famous editor of Assyrian tablets from Hrozný´s excavations at Kültepe (near of Kayseri, Turkey).
