Abstract
Presented is a brief review of the significance that is being given to inequalities in the health policies of the EU and WHO. Mentioned is the history of interest in such problems and participation of the Czech Republic, namely of the NIPH in their detection and analysis.
Outlined are the major pathways for resolving such inequalities and accented is inter-branch collaboration.
