Legal Consequences of the Abandonment of the Real Seat Doctrine

Abstract

Act Nr. 215/2009 Coll., with effect as of 20th July 2009, changed the concept of seat of a legal entity under Czech law (abandoned the real seat doctrine). The Article maps the major changes and consequences of such legal change for legal practise.
