New high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of (R)-warfarin and (S)-warfarin using chiral separation on a glycopeptide-based stationary phase

Abstract

In the paper, we describe novel HPLC method for the determination of (R)-warfarin and (S)-warfarin using chiral separation on a glycopeptide-based stationary phase in cell culture media and lysates.
