The significance of clofarabin in therapy acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract

Clofarabine is a new purin analog. This drug is effective in the treatment acute lymfoblastic leukemia, but the effectiveness was documented in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) too.

In the article was discussed the results of studies with clofarabine in AML.
