One year experience of the clinical pharmacist at the department of rheumatology

Abstract

The article deals with the role of clinical pharmacist in the solution of drug-related problems at the internal in-patient department. It contents the list and ways of solution of drug-related problems revealed in co-operation of pharmacist and physician.
