The article is focused on an artist Johann Hoffmann (17001747), active mainly in the region of southwest Bohemia (particularly in the regions of Blatná, Horažďovice and Rokycany), where he acted as a painter, asculptor and an architect. The objective of the first part covers his life.
The second part describes the artist work and the third part deals with his contribution for the chapel of saint Roch in Březnice.
