Abstract
The study tries to grasp the proces of poetic inspiration in ancient Greece, based in the unity of the sacred origin of the poet's voice on the one side and his technical skill on the other. The word of a poet is so-called 'privileged word', thus related to the word of seers, judges, and kings, that is indispensable for the life of the community.
