Abstract

Tsuji Kunio was labeled as "idealist" by litarary critics because of his attachment to Art that had become his theme, his motivation as well as his most meaningful way of life. In his works - heavily loaded with symbols - Tsuji used to deal not only with the ultimate questions of life and death, but also with questions of art and life, death and beauty.
