Abstract
One of the explanational ways of social exclusions is the interpretetation of the marginalization results in evolutional view. The result of this practice is the descritpion of Romany underdevelopment through model of degenerationism or progressivism.
Similar situation is with the notion of community. This notion copies usual social practice in Eastern Slovakia dividing Slovakian society into two social (ethnical) groups.
In this viw community building does not solve the Roma Issue in Slovakia. The solution of Roma marginality and social exclusion is possible to accept as a problem of interaction.
