Patient suffering from X-linked agammaglobulinaemia require long-term complex care, that offers them, with early establishment of the diagnosis and good cooperation with their family, good quality of life with only a little limitation of common activities. We present case studies of 3 patients from two unrelated families, we comment on the circumstances of the diagnosis establishment, on the success of our treatment and on their prognosis.
