Abstract

7 years old girl was recommended for allergological investigation for uncontrolled persisting bronchial asthma. From 3 months of age she suffered from atopic dermatitis, which mitigated with aging. From 3 years of age she was repetitively treated by antibiotics and mucolytics for recurrent bronchitis with afebrile course, which manifested as attacks of irritating cough with sleep disturbances.

At 4 years of age this was accompanied by whistling and dyspnoea, which also manifested during physical exercise and contact with cat.
