Abstract
Article deal with indications and forms of application of corticosteroids (KS) namely at chronic rhinosinusitis with mucosal hypertrophy and polyps. There is mentioned dosage schematics and protocol of complex therapy how medicamentous, so surgical treatment, like two-phase common complex therypy, no likes two medical options.
Aim of all medical treatments is a chieve state, when it is possible administer to the smallest, holding dosage of KS, which effectively stabilize the patient. Preferable is applied for a longer time minimal dosage than interrupts application and then having to apply aggressive dosage, because problems of patient worsen.
