Abstract
Ventricular tachyarrhythmia during acute myocardial infarction can have benign prognosis (late infrequent monomorph ventricular extrasystoles), but others can cause death if not treated immediately. However, immediate intervention of hemodynamically important tachyarrhythmias does not improve prognosis.
