Abstract

Wegener's Granulomatosis is a disease of an unknown cause. The nature of the disease lies in an autoimmune inflammation of the walls of small vessels.

The inflammatory granulomes mainly affect the respiratory tract and kidneys, less commonly eyes, nerves, locomotor and digestive system as well as other organs and systems. We would like to present our findings about the care of these patients.
