The minimal recommended therapeutic strategy in the most frequent haematologic malignancies

Abstract

This minimal recommended therapeutic strategies were prepared according to requirements of ÚP VZP and authorized by committee ČHS ČLS JEP 4/2005. The aim is to review minimal therapeutic strategies, focused on intensive chemotherapy and expensive treatment of most frequent hematologic malignancies. These recommendations do not cover diagnostics, staging, prognostic factors or dispensarization.
