Abstract

The effect of drug in organism depends on many, pharmacologically defined, parameters the mode of application, form of drug, its concentration, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics etc. With the progress of time we have to focus our observations to cellular and molecular structure, because -mere- receptor reaction today means complex mechanism of changes of subcellular functional unit.

Sympathetic alpha-adrenergic receptor inhibitors dominate in the of lower urinary tract symptoms based on subvesical (also: infravesical) obstruction. Until now, we dont know for sure in clinical practice, if the selectivity of alpha-1 adrenoceptor inhibitors is the sufficient reason to prefer a drug, where a structural formula has been used (tamsulosin hydrochloride).

Theory of alpha-adrenergic receptors clinical specificity itself, has to taken in complex and it is necessary to understand adrenoceptor changes following binding of its inhibitor.
