Publication at First Faculty of Medicine |

Abstract

In case of irregular bleeding from the genitals, we consider pregnancy (intra and extrauterine), inflammation (large cultivation from vagina), benign (ovarian cysts, myoma, endometrial polyp) and malignant tumours (endometrial carcinoma, cervical carcinoma). Intermenstrual bleeding is observed in ovulation, but also in case of Chlamydia infection of the reproduction tract associated with elevated temperature and pain in the hypogastrium.

Irregular bleeding causes psychical stress, alcoholism and excessive physical burden.
