Abstract
A case of an incidental endoscopic finding of pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis in the large bowel is presented. Diagnosis was verified by fine needle aspiration cytology.
Basic facts about this uncommon entity are reviewed with an emphasis on endoscopic differential diagnosis.
