Cardiac troponin T as a biochemical marker of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity in vivo

Abstract

In this pilot study we examined the release of cTnT using an in vitro model of isolated rat neonatal ventricular cardiomyocytes incubated with daunorubicin and compared it with LDH, which has been used as a general in vitro cytotoxicity marker.
