Abstract
Renal colic is one of often diagnosis recomended to examination in urology clinic. Is necessary of urologist to assess right diagnosis and to provide optimal therapy.
It means to determine the cause of colic with using auxiliary imaging diagnostical methods. Excretory program remains the golden standard.
Suitable alternative seems to be helical CT of abdomen, which can replace excretory program in the future.
