In vitro antiproliferative effects of sulforaphane on human colon cancer cell line SW620

Abstract

We investigated the antiproliferative effects and proapoptotic effects of sulforaphane on colon cancer cell line SW620. Our results indicate that sulforaphane suppresses growth of human metastatic colonocytes and induces apoptotic cell death.
