Approximal Tooth Decay and its Prevalence in 18 Years Old Secondary School Students

Abstract

The authors examined 316 18-year-old students with the aim of detecting primary approximal caries in the lateral part of dentition by means of radiographic examination. After completion of an entry questionnaire by the students, the dentists carried out clinical screening examination of dentition and parodont, making two bitewing images and reading them.
