Abstract

Authors present a case of three asynchronous malignancies in man working life-long in chemical industry. Course of diseases and their treatment are described: B chronic lymphatic leukaemia (B-CLL) (age of 55), conventional clear cell renal carcinoma (CRCC) (age of 61) and adenocarcinoma of prostate (CaP) (age of 72).

Authors point out pertinence of radical therapeutic approach also in multiple malignancies and oncological screening not only in patients with heamatological malignancy, but considering it in all tumours.
