Abstract

Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis (APD) is a rare skin disorder in fertile women characterised by exacerbation during the luteal phase of ovarial cycle. APD is probably a result of autoimmune reaction against endogenous or exogenous progesterone with production of autoantibodies, deposition of immunocomplexes in skin and development of various signs of this disease on skin.
