Crohn's disease of the terminal ileum in a patient with congenital peritoneal encapsulation of the small intestine: case report

Abstract

The authors present a rare case of peritoneal encapsulation of the small bowel in a 24-year-old male found incidentally during laparotomy for the Crohn?s disease. The clinical and diagnostic aspects of the case are discussed.
