Abstract
Gestation is a very special period of female life that puts a heavy demands on both the women and her gynaecologist. (This article is focused on demands on immune system). In the case of drug intervention, doctor has to take into consideration not only the health of women but also the healthy development of embryo, foetus, newborn or infant.
