Abstract
The author of the article critically assesses the Czech civil law, which considers in some parts of the erroneous or inconsistent with the existence of many legal issues which are not explicitly addressed. This article focuses on the property settlement after the separation of partners, the conditions of which nothing has been stated in writing.
