Establishment of multiple sclerosis model by active immunization of mice

Abstract

Description of animal model of EAE using active immunization of C57BL/6 mice with spinal cord homogenate and comparison of influence of Pertussis toxin or octreotide. Examination of neurological symptoms and histological findings is added to the description of the method.
