Abstract

Necroptic case of 32 years old woman with Hashimoto thyroiditis who died suddenly. The autopsy prooved systemic vasculitis, which affected predominantly coronary arteries of the heart.

The cause of death was cardiac failure due to vasculatis of coronary arteries causing marked fibrosis of the myocardium.
