Lysophosphatidic acid in ovarian carcinoma patients

Abstract

The objective of this study was to compare plasma lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) levels in ovarian cancer patients and patients without this disease. Plasma LPA level were elevated in ovarian cancer patients.

Our preliminary results suggest thar plasma LPA level may represent a potential ovarian cancer marker.
