Abstract
Intradural spinal tumours are classify according to relation tumour to spinal parenchyma on tumours located extramedulary and intramedulary. Extramedulary tumours are most often principál by meningeomas, tumours from spinal nerves and ependymomas.
Optimum surgical aim of operations intradural extramedullary tumours is their complete surgical removal.
