Abstract
Case report of woman suffering sudden chest pain on exertion. There were specific findings for Tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy: coronary angiogram without diseased vessels, clinical course, shape of left ventricle in acute phase and rapid improvement of it´s function.
Finaly we summarize basic findings of this disease.
