Stem cells - Questions of stem cell plasticity, regeneration and ageing

Abstract

Stem cell plasticity as a phenomenon which has been discovered recently, is not still fully understood. The review article brigns a summary of recent pieces of knowledge and finds some correlations with regeneration and ageing of multicellular organisms.
