Manuscript describes expression levels and distribution pattern of transporters MRP2 and MDR1 and other hepatic markers in hepatocytes of the developing and adult human liver and compares antigenic profiles of human fetal hepatocytes in situ and human fetal hepatic cells of WRL-68 cell line cultivated in vitro.
