Abstract
The authors give the survey of the concept of mobbing from the view of its workplace incidence. The attention is paid to the explanation of terms, description of psychological features of mobbing person, victim and the company culture environment from the workplace violence occurrence.
Further on are described the phases and means of mobbing. At the end are given the results of the surveys of mobbing incidence in our country and in the world with possibilities of its prevention.
